Yojanai provides the following services:

• Trip planning with itinerary generation using Google Search grounding
• Meal planning with cuisine-based ingredient selection and recipe generation
• Financial optimization including credit card recommendations and payment strategies
• Voice AI assistant with contextual memory and natural language processing
• Collaborative whiteboards and team management features
• Calendar integration and plan export capabilities

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You may register using email/password or OAuth providers (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

The Service uses AI models (including Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Amazon Nova) to generate content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

5.2 No Professional Advice

AI-generated recommendations for travel, meals, finances, or other topics do not constitute professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

5.3 Usage Limits

Free accounts are limited to 100 AI-generated plans per month. Pro accounts have unlimited generations. We reserve the right to modify these limits with notice.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 User Content

You retain all rights to content you create or upload ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Service Content

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Yojanai and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

6.3 AI-Generated Content Ownership

You own the AI-generated content created for your account. However, you acknowledge that similar content may be generated for other users based on similar inputs.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:

• Account information (name, email, profile data)
• Usage data (projects, plans, preferences)
• AI interaction logs for service improvement
• Voice recordings for the voice assistant feature

8. Payment and Subscriptions

8.1 Free Plan

The free plan provides access to core features with usage limits. Free accounts are provided "as-is" with no guarantees of uptime or feature availability.

8.2 Pro Plan

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99/month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

8.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial charge.

8.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for one billing cycle.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Google Gemini AI for content generation
• Google Search for real-time information grounding
• Supabase for authentication and data storage
• OpenAI for voice transcription and synthesis
• Anthropic Claude for AI assistance

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOJANAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or any reason with notice. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We will retain data as necessary for legal obligations and may delete user content after account closure.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
